Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in the delivery of radiation therapy to patients with cancer.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Management: You will be responsible for managing patient records, ensuring accurate treatment plans, and maintaining a safe and efficient treatment environment.
- Treatment Delivery: You will deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients using record and verify systems, ensuring accurate dosimetry calculations and radiation treatment parameters.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Quality Assurance: You will participate in quality assurance activities, including monitoring treatment plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: You must have a graduate degree from an ARRT-certified program and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification and Licensure: You must hold an Arizona Radiation Therapist License and be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist, with a preference for those with experience in record and verify systems and linear accelerators.
