Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Certified Caregiver to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment at RiverWoods Manchester. The ideal candidate will be able to promote health and independence among our residents, while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
  • Assist with mobility and functional nursing care, including transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit stand lifts, Hoyer lifts, and whirlpool.
  • Develop professional relationships with residents, family members, co-workers, and supervisors to ensure open communication based on mutual respect.
Requirements
  • Active NH LNA License
  • Prior experience working directly with senior citizens is strongly preferred
