Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at RiverWoods Manchester.

Estimated Salary: $41.00+ per hour, including shift differential, based on experience and license.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment, promoting a culture of respect and compassion.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to formulate individualized resident care plans.
  • Assess and document changes in residents' physical or mental status, reporting findings to the primary care physician and treatment team.
  • Provide leadership and direction for direct caregivers, preparing daily assignments and delegating workload appropriately.
  • Institute care protocols as indicated, including falls prevention, safety and elopement, behavior management, weight management, skin integrity, bowel/bladder management, infection control guidelines (Standard Precautions), and pain assessment and management.
  • Obtain, administer, and document medications and treatments given to residents following professional guidelines and Nursing department policies.
  • Support, create, and maintain a positive culture for team members and residents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, University or nursing school.
  • A valid registered nursing (RN, LPN) license within the State of New Hampshire.
  • Certified in intravenous administration is preferred.
