Quality Insights Specialist

As a Quality Insights Specialist, you'll be part of our Patient Safety and Quality organization, working closely with our Sleep & Respiratory care team. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical skills and experience in FDA-regulated medical device environments.
About the Role
This is an office-based position that requires at least 3 days of in-person work per week. You'll be responsible for managing a team supporting key post-market surveillance initiatives, ensuring data integrity, and providing timely execution of complaint data-related activities. Your tasks will include leading critical projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 7 years' experience in Business/Data Analytics, with a focus on Quality/Post Market related data in FDA-regulated medical device environments. Proven expertise in data mining, analysis, cleansing, and statistical rationale is essential. Additionally, you should have experience working with data tools like Power BI, Qlikview, Alteryx, Oracle, Databricks, SAP, and TrackWise.

The estimated salary range for this position in New Kensington, PA is $104,000 to $178,000, and $116,000 to $200,000 in Cambridge, MA. Other compensation options may be available.
