Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Quality Staffing Services. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime of production and facilities equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans.
- Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Execute requirements of the company safety program and participate in the safety team.
- Perform scheduled facilities inspections and document findings.
- Assist in developing a maintenance budget for the upcoming year.
Requirements
- Mid-Level Experience in mechanical or industrial maintenance.
- Experience in manufacturing automation and robotics is a must.
- Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, pneumatics, and PLC controller systems.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height.
