Position Overview

The HVAC Technician 3 plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair of portable HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install rented HVAC equipment, ensuring proper operation and safety
  • Train authorized operators on safe use and maintenance of equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex climate control equipment
  • Provide guidance and support to other technicians as needed
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
  • Collaborate with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate records and tracking of in-stock and rented equipment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience
  • Must have an HVAC Certificate and be state licensed to work on refrigeration systems
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work some after-hours and weekend shifts during peak times
