About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Trane Technologies in Richmond, Virginia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising a team of HVAC Field Technicians who repair, retrofit, and replace HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in scheduling, organizing, and dispatching HVAC Field Technicians and subcontractors to meet customer demands.
  • Complete field reports, logs, and safety sheets for projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators on jobsite walkthroughs for Turnkey projects.
  • Provide technical support for internal customers and Field Technicians.
  • Evaluate area safety needs and provide feedback and recommendations to technicians.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with general construction managing and supervising field teams, including subcontractors.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC products, systems, electronics, and controls.
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification and Journeyman License preferred.
