Physician Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician Leader to join our team at Los Angeles General Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising trainees, and collaborating with other clinicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and assume responsibility for patients in your panel.
- Supervise trainees providing direct care to patients and provide high-quality teaching and clinical care.
- Oversee clinical panel management and collaborate with the Nurse Care Manager to care for high-risk patients.
- Work with the team to achieve and maintain desired patient outcomes in a cost-effective manner.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate shared care plans for individual patients and groups of patients in collaboration with other team members.
- MD, DO, or equivalent degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
- California medical license or equivalent certification/permit.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
