Physician Clinic Medical Director

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Clinic Medical Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and oversight to our medical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical direction and oversight to medical staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement clinical programs and services to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services and operations.
• Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to improve clinical services and operations.
Qualifications:
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
• Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of directly applicable experience, including relevant clinical and supervisory experience.
• Experience in managed care and physician management is preferred.
