Theoria Medical is seeking a highly skilled Physician Medical Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing medical direction and oversight to our skilled nursing facilities across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services to residents in skilled nursing facilities
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and programs, including Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, and RPM
- Supervise and guide facility staff, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty
- Current medical licensure in good standing
- Experience in medical leadership and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
