Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Loupe Assembler to join our team at Spherion. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling small parts with excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely assemble components to produce quality loupes
  • Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) procedures
  • Perform preventative maintenance procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree required
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with small parts
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Ability to lift 5-10 lbs
  • Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment is desired
