Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Loupe Assembler to join our team at Spherion. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling small parts with excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Responsibilities:
- Safely assemble components to produce quality loupes
- Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) procedures
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with small parts
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to lift 5-10 lbs
- Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment is desired
