Salary: From $18.00-$27.00 per hour plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and assess their parts requirements.
  • Research, source, and procure parts from various suppliers.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with parts selection.
  • Process orders and transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as service and sales, to ensure timely parts delivery.
  • Keep the parts department organized and tidy.
  • Stay informed about new products and advancements in the automotive field.
  • Assist in developing promotional activities and displays to engage customers.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Parts Counterman or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with automotive parts, including part numbers, functions, and compatibility.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software, including Excel and inventory management tools.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
