Job Description:

As a Fleet Maintenance Technician Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our fleet of vehicles. Your primary duties will include:

  • Performing regular inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues with vehicle systems.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborating with other maintenance technicians to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Documenting all work performed on work orders to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring diagrams and circuit analysis.
  • Experience with diagnostic equipment and tools, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • ASE certifications in automotive or medium/heavy duty trucks.
