About the Position

The Nighttime Guest Services Coordinator is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of all Night Audit work, including registering guests, making reservations, and preparing daily reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register guests and make reservations
  • Prepare daily reports and balance transactions
  • Conduct security checks and ensure hotel safety
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • College coursework in a related field (helpful)
  • Previous supervisory responsibility (preferred)
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles
  • Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot to resolve guest issues and respond to emergency situations
  • Must be proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing

Compensation

$16.25-$24.38 per hour, depending on location and experience.
