Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading and developing our youth soccer teams, promoting a positive and inclusive environment, and fostering a love for the game.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop youth soccer teams, focusing on technical and tactical development
  • Design and implement training sessions, games, and tournaments that promote player growth and enjoyment
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Attend coaching workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach
Requirements
  • Experience coaching youth soccer teams, with a focus on technical and tactical development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with players, parents, and staff
  • Ability to design and implement engaging and effective training sessions
  • Knowledge of youth soccer development principles and best practices
