Job Summary

Kellogg Hansen, a leading trial and appellate litigation firm in Washington, D.C., seeks a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support our Washington, D.C. office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in preparing court submissions, written discovery, and legal memoranda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in ensuring that all documentation associated with a case is filed appropriately, including correspondence, pleadings, document productions, research files, and emails.
  • Manage assigned cases and their related tasks and projects, utilizing strong project and case management skills.
  • Conduct factual research and analyze information to support trial preparation and trials.
  • Maintain discovery files, notice depositions, draft subpoenas, and prepare deposition materials and witness and expert files.
  • Ability to work with databases and litigation software packages, as well as communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a law firm as a litigation paralegal.
  • Ability to work overtime required.
  • Ability to travel, typically for trial.
