About the Role and Organization:

You will be part of a proactive team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing security protocols and standards.

Job Overview:

Advantage SCI, LLC is in search of committed professionals for the role of Special Security Representative. This position entails the coordination and execution of local SCIF Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Plans (EP), performing inspections, and safeguarding SCIF integrity. Candidates with a background in security operations and an active TS/SCI clearance are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, coordinating, and implementing local SCIF Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Plans (EP), along with relevant policies and guidance.
  • Conducting thorough SCIF inspections, planning corrective actions, and providing on-site support.
  • Managing the processing and issuance of Courier Orders and Aircraft Courier Authorizations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure SCIF accreditation/certification for classified IT systems.
  • Performing security testing and reviews, overseeing visitor control functions, and maintaining access records.
  • Investigating security incidents and monitoring alarm systems to ensure SCIF integrity.
  • Facilitating training sessions and coordinating authorization processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Special Security Representative or in a comparable role.
  • Experience in customer service within a government or private sector organization.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Environment:


• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

• Capability to bend, kneel, and reach comfortably

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally

• Noise level: Low to moderate
