**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Louisville market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in in-home sales and management experience in a one-call close environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales by leading and growing a professional team of In-Home Project Managers, distributing daily appointments, performing ride-alongs, and reviewing individual and team performance results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute daily appointments to the sales team based on performance and adjust accordingly
  • Perform a minimum of 6-7 ride-alongs per week and conduct live coaching calls on all Did Not Sell appointment results
  • Effectively save cancelled appointments and/or cancelled sales
  • Review individual & team performance results and take appropriate action to meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Prepare and lead weekly sales meetings & trainings in Cincinnati & Louisville, creating an atmosphere of teamwork and friendly competition amongst sales team
  • Learn, study and train a 10-step selling system

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in-home sales experience (windows & baths are a huge plus) with an ability to close sales
  • 2+ years in-home sales management experience in a one-call close, high-ticket item environment
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and the ability to travel back & forth between our Cincinnati & Louisville offices
