Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Serve as a mediator between management and staff, addressing issues and resolving disputes by guiding employees to the right resources.


Bilingual Communication:
Support communication between English and Spanish-speaking staff, which includes translating documents and providing interpretation during discussions.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor regulations and employment standards, maintaining precise employee records and managing confidential information responsibly.

Training & Development:
Plan and conduct training sessions for staff, emphasizing skill enhancement and compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
Background in HR or a related discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
