  • Active Directory Administration: Administer Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient user authentication.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
  • WSUS Management: Utilize WSUS to manage Windows updates and patches.
  • IIS and DNS Management: Manage IIS and DNS, ensuring secure and reliable web services.
  • Database Management: Manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Network Configuration: Maintain and update network configurations, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Security and Compliance: Evaluate proposed software and Windows configuration for impact on existing information systems, ensuring compliance with agency ISS standards and policies.
  • Maintenance and Support: Develop and implement maintenance procedures, standard operating procedures, and security baselines.
  • Hardware and Software Installation: Install, configure, and maintain various types of hardware and software.
  • Security Recommendations: Provide analytical and technical security recommendations to team members, oversight organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Risk Analysis: Conduct risk analysis for vulnerabilities, incidents, and change requests.
  • Security Enhancements: Recommend security enhancements to improve system security.
  • Automated Solutions: Provide recommendations related to the design, development, and integration of automated software and hardware solutions.
  • First-Line Support: Provide first-line support for information technology issues and problems for NAS systems.
  • Issue Tracking: Track issues to resolution, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Risk Management: Participate in all phases of risk management assessments for information systems.
  • Interconnections: Manage interconnections with other NAS systems.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for implementation projects and requirements gathering.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Windows and SQL Server Administration. Additional years of experience can be substituted for education.
  • Certifications: MCSE or MCSA.
  • Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. To qualify for FAA Public Trust, you must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder who has resided in the US for the past 3 years.
