RESPONSIBILITIES
ATI is seeking a Client Relationship Support Specialist to join their sales team. This is a remote role based in the Great Lakes region, specifically covering Michigan and Indiana. The Client Relationship Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the Client Executive within the designated territory. In this sales support role, you will ensure service coverage, foster strong collaborative client relationships, identify new business opportunities, prepare for sales and support meetings, and stay informed about current market trends in the nursing education sector.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position allows for remote work from the Great Lakes region, with travel required within Michigan and Indiana.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Accurately represent all ATI nursing products, service offerings, and technological advancements. Assist the Client Executive with sales and support activities, including student orientations, sales meetings, data-driven discussions, product demonstrations, and faculty integration sessions. Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on needs in a timely manner. Emphasize the importance of building and maintaining strong, high-quality relationships with customers while simultaneously expanding the account base and sales volume. Support the Client Executive in preparing for and attending regional conferences, webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions, and strategic outreach efforts.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience is preferred. Strong preference for candidates who have successfully motivated and engaged audiences to recognize the importance of assessment-driven performance. Proven success in establishing long-term customer relationships. Experience presenting to various audience sizes, delivering information and instruction in an engaging and persuasive manner, with the ability to gauge audience reactions. Capability to manage multiple projects and resources concurrently. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications. Ability to assist and collaborate with the Client Executive in managing marketing initiatives, newsletters, and webinars using tools like HighSpot and Outlook. Willingness to travel at least three days a week for client meetings in the territory as needed. Valid driver's license and ability to maintain business expense submissions for reimbursement are required.BENEFITS
