Job Title: Service Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume a leadership role in identifying and building long-term relationships with customers, including seeking new relationships and service opportunities.
  • Produce detailed estimates, hydraulic calculations, and create proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Manage own projects, including scheduling labor and ensuring accurate and timely billings.
  • Cross-sell fire alarm projects and inspections, as well as fire extinguisher inspections.
  • Work with the Contract department to secure fire protection service contracts.
  • Maintain a high level of service and quality that aligns with our company's standards.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree preferred or completion of a trade-affiliated apprenticeship.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, leadership, design, and sales.
  • Valid, unrestricted WI driver's license.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Knowledge of the fire protection trade.
  • Ability to apply innovative and effective sales and project management techniques to maximize performance.
  • Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities.
  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations that can significantly affect profitability.
  • Assertive personality with a progressive and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to call on new customers.
  • Competency in various computer programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
