Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise operational workflows to guarantee accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment
  • Assess workload and delegate tasks to team members
  • Effectively train and mentor the warehouse staff, offering constructive development opportunities; suggest performance enhancement measures as necessary
  • Utilize warehouse management systems proficiently and maintain relevant documentation
  • Foster, uphold, and promote exceptional customer service standards
  • Accurately interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance
  • Safely operate various equipment and tools
  • Provide assistance and support to warehouse management as needed
Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
  • At least 1 year of experience with SAP
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices
It would be advantageous if you also possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule as required, including both planned and unplanned overtime, which may encompass weekends
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
This position necessitates the ability to:
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and over 75 lbs. occasionally
  • Operate a reach truck or cherry picker to heights exceeding 23 feet
  • Endure varying temperature conditions in the warehouse
