Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately assemble patient trays to ensure maximum patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Deliver patient trays in a friendly and courteous manner, following patient identification protocol to ensure patient safety.
  • Perform general kitchen sanitation duties, adhering to safety rules and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with the cafeteria meal service, providing exceptional food and service to all customers.
  • Wash dishes and perform other duties in the dishroom, including putting items away.

  • Perform minimal food preparation, as needed, and inventory and stock supplies.
  • Perform retail operations cashiering and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and meal tickets.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with patients, employees, and other customers in a positive manner.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
