You will facilitate collaboration across various teams to achieve project goals within set timelines.
- Location: This is a remote-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical testing and laboratory services projects from initiation to contract completion.
- Coordinate project timelines and develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring all functions within CDx Pharma Services are aligned; manage the execution of cross-functional strategies and monitor progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
- Oversee daily operations related to sample processing and ensure accurate reporting of results.
- Implement best practices within the clinical sciences team and promote continuous improvement through knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project completion within deadlines.
- Act as the primary contact for external resources, including Contract Research Organizations (CROs), site investigators, and client representatives.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or clinical trial coordination within a regulated environment, such as CROs, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in a related field and/or specialized training in Project Management or Clinical Research.
- Experience in clinical trial management and familiarity with bio-sample management processes in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Knowledge of standard project management methodologies (PMI).
- Understanding of quality and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in clinical sample processing and testing procedures.
- Skilled in using software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to apply specialized knowledge in collaboration with laboratory, scientific, and medical personnel.
