Responsibilities:
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: You will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating agreements to execution and closeout. This includes collaborating closely with various departments such as Business Development, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
  • Compliance Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of both government (FAR/DFAR) and commercial contract terms and conditions. You will confidently negotiate contracts for the sale of aerospace products and services.
  • Risk Mitigation: Analyze contract performance, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a key member of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure contractual compliance and successful project execution. You will also work closely with Accounts Receivable to monitor payment accuracy and timeliness.
  • Mentorship: As a senior team member, you will provide guidance and support to junior contract administrators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract administration within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MRP systems.
