Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 6 months of prior work experience preferred, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation with a high level of motivation.
- Ability to quickly understand the company's electronic retail and cross-referencing systems.
- Demonstrated technical skills and capability to work with small parts and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred for driving roles.
- Capability to lift 50+ lbs.
