Office Survey Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Survey Technician to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. The selected individual will perform data processing and analysis, prepare plats and maps under the supervision of a Survey Project Manager or Survey Task Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Survey Managers and Project Surveyors to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Provide office survey support to field crews by analyzing data and preparing maps.
  • Responsible for topographic surveys, design mapping, ALTA surveys, platting, etc.
  • Perform research, data processing, and calculations using Autodesk or Bentley CADD products.
  • Assist with boundary analysis and determination.
  • Prepare exhibits and legal descriptions for clients.
  • Occasional field work on a survey crew to gather data.
Requirements:
  • An associate degree in Land Surveying/Civil Engineering (preferred) or 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with GPS and conventional survey data processing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Microstation experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 depending on experience.
