About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Maintenance Technician to join our team at Woodbury Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties across 16 states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain appliances, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, locks, and electrical systems
  • Perform carpentry, sheetrock repair, and welding as required
  • Maintain building exteriors, landscaping, and perform snow removal
  • Operate company golf cart
  • Clean common areas and monitor curb appeal
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, vendors, and contractors
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience directly related to the above duties
  • Certified HVAC CPO and EPA type I 608 preferred
  • Successfully pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to respond to on-call maintenance requests
