About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Maintenance Technician to join our team at Woodbury Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties across the Intermountain West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on appliances, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, locks, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct carpentry, sheetrock repair, and welding tasks as required.
  • Maintain building exteriors, landscaping, and perform snow removal.
  • Operate company golf carts and ensure the cleanliness of common areas.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, vendors, and contractors.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a related field.
  • Certified HVAC CPO and EPA type I 608 certification preferred.
  • Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to respond to on-call maintenance requests.
