Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, locks, and electrical systems.
• Maintain building exteriors, landscaping, and perform snow removal as needed.
• Operate company golf carts and ensure they are properly maintained.
• Clean common areas and monitor curb appeal to ensure a positive first impression.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least one year of experience in a related field.
• Certification in HVAC and EPA Type I 608 is preferred.
• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to respond to on-call maintenance requests.
