Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Records Specialist will include:

  • Assisting with panoramic x-rays, interporal photos, and maintaining a clean and organized clinic.
  • Taking accurate scans/impressions of patients' teeth for the creation of orthodontic appliances.
  • Preparing and sterilizing orthodontic instruments and equipment.
  • Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and appliance care.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
