+ Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.

+ Execute preparatory tasks and side work to guarantee prompt and efficient service to guests.

+ Familiarize yourself with the Banquet Event Order and the menu for the assigned event.

+ Serve guests in accordance with the hotel's standards, ensuring a courteous and professional approach.

+ Address guest issues, complaints, and incidents; escalate to management when necessary.

+ Stay informed about current hotel policies and procedures.

+ Be knowledgeable about fire exits, fire extinguisher locations, and safety protocols.

+ Keep the banquet storage area organized and stocked with necessary supplies for food service.

+ Clear banquet areas post-event and ensure proper storage and restocking of equipment and supplies.

+ Remain attentive, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and fellow employees at all times.

+ Understand the hotel's organizational structure and the functions of each department.

+ Handle Lost and Found items according to established standards.

+ Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

+ Attend required meetings as directed by management.
