Overview of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Registered Nurse Clinic team as a Clinic RN. In this role, you will have the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting. You will be responsible for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families to promote optimal health, well-being, and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize community health concepts and principles of ambulatory clinical nursing care to provide patient-centered care.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families.
  • Promote patient engagement and self-management efforts through best practice.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
Qualifications
  • One year of experience in nursing preferred.
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • BSN preferred, encouraged to obtain within 3 years of assuming role.
  • Current state RN license or current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact.
  • Current BLS required.
  • RNs Certification in Ambulatory Nursing through the AAACN, preferred.

Pay and Shift

The pay range for this role is $33.15/Hr. to $57.93/Hr. The shift is days.
