Cardiac Stepdown RN

Prime Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cardiac Stepdown RN to join our team at Riverview Regional Medical Center. As a Cardiac Stepdown RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including hemodynamic monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the physician and other healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current valid State Registered Nurse License.
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
