Sales Performance:
- Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product insights with customers; assists in selecting merchandise or locating items based on customer preferences.
- Keeps updated on current promotions and sales; adheres to pricing and visual merchandising standards.
- Upholds standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other tasks as assigned by management.
- Engages in visual merchandising tasks including monthly store layouts and area maintenance.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Exemplifies and advocates for the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues promptly.
- Facilitates a swift and efficient checkout process, staying informed on policies regarding payments, promotions, returns, and security protocols.
- Encourages purchasing decisions at the register and meets add-on sales goals, including gift card promotions.
- Enrolls clients in loyalty programs.
- Cultivates and maintains a strong customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
- Remains knowledgeable about current product fits and style offerings both in-store and online.
- Maintains regular communication with clients through a customer relationship management system.
Operational Efficiency:
- Aids in restocking efforts to ensure the store remains well-stocked and inviting.
- Assists with order fulfillment processes.
- Supports visual merchandising initiatives, including floor displays, window presentations, and signage as directed.
- Contributes to the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
Team Collaboration and Development:
- Encourages a collaborative approach to problem-solving within the team.
- Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and welcomes constructive feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to adapt to company-provided technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication with customers, team members, and management is required.
- Regular attendance is crucial to meet company objectives, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
