Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques, communicating product knowledge, and recommending merchandise to customers.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as pricing and visual standards.
  • Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, adhering to policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns, and exchanges.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance, to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant walking/standing (8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
