Position Summary

As the primary point of contact for both walk-in and telephone clients, you will play a crucial role in facilitating inside sales inquiries. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming sales requests via phone, in-person visits, and online leads. Once a customer communicates their project needs, you will be responsible for preparing quotes, coordinating design efforts, and overseeing the project until it is completed, whether that means it is picked up, shipped, or installed.
This role also entails managing the front desk, where your professional demeanor is essential. Front desk sales require a polished appearance, a readiness to be active throughout the day, and a friendly disposition both on the phone and face-to-face.

This position operates in a dynamic environment. The front desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Candidates should be prepared to commit to these hours. Experience in a sign shop is preferred, though individuals with a strong desire to learn quickly are also encouraged to apply.
