Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers and build strong relationships with all customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Understand and align with our customers' business needs and goals, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve success.
  • Ensure customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention by actively engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to our customers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within our organization, effectively communicating customer feedback and requirements to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer success management or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of AI and its applications in business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
