Job SummaryKHI Medical is a leading medical construction company specializing in renovating operating rooms and installing surgical equipment nationwide. As a key member of our team, the Medical Construction Team Lead/Construction Supervisor - Operating Room Renovation will be responsible for overseeing renovation projects, managing small teams, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

KHI Medical seeks an experienced professional with a strong background in construction management to lead our team of medical equipment technicians, network specialists, and sub-contractors. Key attributes of the ideal candidate include:
  • A deep understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and low-voltage systems.
  • The ability to read blueprints, decipher instructions, and follow project scopes.
  • Effective communication skills to facilitate success among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of managing change orders, client updates, and debriefing sessions to continuously improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage a team of medical equipment technicians, network specialists, and sub-contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to manage changes, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Ability to travel extensively (80%+), as required by the position.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as various software applications (e.g., Google Drive, Google Calendar, Word processing, Spreadsheets, Email, Internet).

Compensation:
  • $70,000 - $90,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.
