  • Team Leadership: Direct and oversee plumbing crews, delegating responsibilities, offering support, and ensuring that all tasks are executed safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of completed plumbing work to confirm adherence to industry codes, specifications, and client expectations.
  • Training and Development: Mentor plumbing staff, promoting skill enhancement and maintaining high proficiency levels within the team.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address project specifics, resolve challenges, and guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold safety standards and ensure alignment with building regulations and industry practices to foster a secure work environment.

Compensation:
Minimum: USD $55,000.00/Yr.
Maximum: USD $80,000.00/Yr.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive plumbing expertise
  • Valid Plumbing Tradesmen License
  • At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with team members
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and approach
  • Proficient in technology and computer applications
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-driven
  • Clean driving record with a valid Texas driver's license
