Job Overview

Same Day Water Heaters is a rapidly expanding plumbing company that prioritizes employee satisfaction, which in turn enables us to deliver exceptional customer service. We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the activities of our plumbing team, ensuring seamless execution of water heater installations and plumbing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently by field personnel.
  • Manage workflow by monitoring plumbers to guarantee timely completion of jobs with accurate paperwork and excellent customer service.
  • Provide detailed estimates for tankless water heater installations and non-standard plumbing projects as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a positive and productive team environment.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Participate in conference calls and provide updates on key processes to management.
  • Coach plumbers and associates to improve job performance and document progress as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A background or license in plumbing is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of plumbers and sales associates effectively.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor and positive service attitude at all times.
  • Attendance and punctuality are crucial for setting a good example for the team.
