The Personal Lines Account Manager role at Jobot is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for experienced insurance professionals to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service a book of personal insurance clients, addressing inquiries related to policies, coverage options, billing, and claims.
  • Proactively manage the renewal process, including reviewing coverage needs, obtaining quotes from carriers, and presenting renewal proposals to clients.
  • Process policy changes such as endorsements, cancellations, and new business submissions within EPIC.
  • Assist clients with claims, provide guidance on the process, and follow up with carriers to ensure timely resolution.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management. Proficiency in using the EPIC management system is a must, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
