OASYS, INC. is a leading technology services company seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team as a Senior Software Developer.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our software development team in writing code for models and simulations, as well as perform vulnerability research on radio frequency (RF) / network protocols, software, and hardware technology used in customer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop defensive cybersecurity solutions for military weapon systems through customer-sponsored research and development projects.
  • Create simulations to emulate realistic cyber threat environments.
  • Design and develop offensive and defensive cybersecurity tools focused on Command and Control (C2) and Radar systems.
  • Discover and exploit vulnerabilities in operating systems, open-source and proprietary network protocols, and user-space applications.
  • Research current and future cybersecurity threats against military systems.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in C++, Python, or equivalent languages.
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Engineering Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience mentoring technical development teams and adhering to best coding practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Agile processes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually within the Continental United States, if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with RUST programming language.
  • Knowledge of Linux/POSIX platforms.
  • Understanding of fundamental networking concepts and LAN/WAN skills.
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with Ubuntu, Red Hat, and similar Linux distributions.
Compensation and Benefits

OASYS, INC. offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), 401-K matching, flexible spending account, tuition reimbursement, holidays, vacation, short-term/long-term disability, and more.
