Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

The Commercial Lending Expert will be responsible for evaluating and managing commercial loan portfolios to ensure compliance with the bank's credit risk strategy and policy.

  • Evaluate commercial loan applications and credit information to assess applicant creditworthiness and determine loan feasibility
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of commercial lending policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Senior Credit Risk Officers to develop and implement effective risk management strategies
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize lending outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of loan activities and risk assessments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with Accounting emphasis plus 2 years related experience; combination of education and work experience may be acceptable
  • Commercial lending experience and knowledge of the Lawton marketplace are preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
