Job Summary:

This role focuses on ensuring continued growth by renewing small group accounts or selling products and services to existing customers. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing customer support, researching inquiries, and handling escalated issues in a call center environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
  • General Agent State Insurance License required within 90 days of employment.
  • Proficiency in PC applications and data entry.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Healthcare product knowledge.
  • Business phone experience.
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $43,500 - $65,400 and a comprehensive benefits package. Our goal is to provide a fulfilling work environment that supports your personal and professional growth.
