Job Title: Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist to join our team at Lucid Hearing in Woodbridge, VA.

About the Role:

As a Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting hearing tests, and recommending and dispensing assistive listening and hearing solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hearing tests and analyze results to determine the best course of action for our clients
  • Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions, including hearing aids and other devices
  • Provide education and training to clients on the use and maintenance of their hearing devices
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their hearing solutions
Requirements:
  • Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills
