**Position Summary**

The Seasonal Retail Team Member plays a crucial role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our fans. This position involves maintaining retail standards and executing back-of-house operations. Team members will be expected to work part-time, including evenings and weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Welcome fans and engage with them to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer interactions.
  • Ensure a high-quality shopping experience that fosters brand loyalty.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Process transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Exhibit professionalism and customer service excellence to represent the Fanatics brand positively.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

  • Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for extended hours on game days and during events.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
