About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address these needs.
- Therapy Implementation: Implement and adapt therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to ensure students receive the best possible care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress to inform treatment decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (required for SLPs) or Associate degree or completion of an accredited SLPA program (required for SLPAs).
