Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the dining area
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
  • TABC Seller/Server certification
